The manual defines the systems, principles, procedures, responsibilities, controls, evidence requirements, monitoring processes, reporting mechanisms, and improvement arrangements required to ensure that ATU-CPAC activities are credible, consistent, transparent, impartial, evidence-based, and aligned with the authority of the ATU.

ATU-CPAC Governance Manual

This Governance Manual establishes the governance, operational, decision-making, accountability, risk management, compliance, and quality assurance framework for the Arab Trainers Union Council for Professional Accreditation and Certification, referred to as ATU-CPAC.

ATU-CPAC Academic Integrity and Artificial Intelligence Use Policy

Academic integrity and responsible artificial intelligence use are essential to ensuring that assessment evidence is authentic, professional competence is fairly demonstrated, and ATU-issued certificates and professional certifications remain credible and trusted.

ATU-CPAC Suspension, Withdrawal, and Revocation Policy

This policy sets out how ATU-CPAC may suspend, withdraw, revoke, limit, reinstate, or update the status of a provider, program, assessment center, professional certification, certificate, digital badge, registry entry, or partner-related approval.

ATU-CPAC Complaints and Appeals Policy

Complaints and appeals provide a fair and structured method for stakeholders to raise concerns, challenge decisions, request review, and support continuous improvement.

This policy sets out how ATU-CPAC shall manage financial oversight, fee approval, fee publication, invoicing, payments, refunds, financial records, budgeting, expenditure, financial reporting, and financial risk.
